Reserva Nebbiolo

The grapes fermented on the skins approximately 15-20 days, followed by aging for 12 to 16 months in 225-liter French oak barrels. This was followed by 2 years additional aging in glass bottles prior to release. Description: Garnet red in color with characteristically orange highlights. There is an intense bouquet and flavor of blackberry, jam, mint, dried plums, raspberries, roses, spices, tobacco, vanilla and violets. It is dry and medium-bodied with a surprising gentleness.

 

   

 

 

Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon

The grapes fermented on the skins approximately 25 days, followed by aging for 12 to 16 months in small French Oak barrels. This was followed by 6 months additional aging in glass bottles prior to release. Description: Dark, deep ruby colored with an intense bouquet and flavor of black cherries, black pepper, cinnamon, plums, vanilla and toasted oak. Full-bodied with a good fruit-acid balance, light tannins and a clean finish and aftertaste. The taste is quite similar to a well made Saint-Emilion from the region of Bordeaux, France. Food: Grilled beef, especially sirloin steaks; pasta with fresh tomatoes

   

 

 

Reserva Chardonnay

The Wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, then aged about 7 months “sur lie” in oak barrels for added complexity and roundness in the mouth. Light golden colored with a fruity bouquet and taste of apples, bananas, butter, green figs, honey, lemon, oak, papaya, pineapple and spicy vanilla. Smooth as silk with inviting fruity flavors and a pleasing aftertaste.
Foods: Seafood, poultry, grilled chicken and fresh vegetable dishes

Petite Sirah: 100% Petite Sirah, Estate bottled in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California Mexico Harvested: September ~ Fermented: 15 days at 28 - 30° C ~ Storage Temperature: 15 ° C ~ Acidity Level: Balanced ~ Alcohol: 13 – 13.5% ~ Barrel Aging: 6 months in large oak casks ~ Bottle aging: 6 months ~ Serving temperature: From 16° - 18° C ~ Color: Intense ruby red, extraordinary limpidity ~ Aroma: Spicy, red fruits, intense, it reveals the varietals character ~ Taste: Good mature tannins, long in mouth, dry, but very round and balanced, very characteristic of the varietal ~ Dishes: It combines with all kind of red meats, strong cheese, spicy dishes, among others.

Chardonnay: 100% Chardonnay, Estate bottled in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California Mexico Harvested: End of August first week of September ~ Fermented: In French oak barrels, natured “sur lie” for 7 months ~ Storage Temperature: 15 ° C ~ Acidity Level: An elegant balance ~ Alcohol: 12.5 -13% ~ Barrel Aging: French oak barrels 7 months ~ Bottle aging: 6 months before release to market ~ Serving temperature: From 14° C ~ Color: Gold, brilliant ~ Aroma: Tropical and citrus fruits is perceived, banana, pineapple, watermelon, vanilla and a touch of wood ~ Taste: Dry, persistent in mouth and very clean. Tropical fruits notes and intricate wood's aromas, are confirmed ~ Dishes: Great combination with fishes with very elaborate white sauces. A wine for exigent palates.

   

 

 

Cabernet Sauvignon

Medium-bodied with a good fruit-acid balance, light tannins, and a clean finish and aftertaste. Food: Grilled beef, especially sirloin steaks: pasta and fresh tomatoes.

   

 

 

Chenin Blanc

The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the fresh, fruity aroma and taste. Description: Pale yellow with a fresh, fruity aroma and taste of citrus and tropical fruits along with apricots and peaches. Dry and light-bodied with an herbal touch, balanced with good acidity. Food: Excellent as an appetizer, or with salads, white meats, fish or cream soups.

   

 

 

Zinfandel

L A Cetto Zinfandel tasting notes Don't be fooled by this wine's origins. This wine is made just over the border from California .A great soft wine with an aroma reminiscent of raspberries. Excellent ripe fruit flavours. Description: Deep ruby red, with purple tones. Great nose, very fruity, very aromatic. Dry, light body, medium astringent tannins, Black fruit, prune, blackberry and a little spicy. Food matches Italian food, tapas, Mexican food, red meats
