Tasting Notes: 

L.A. Cetto Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented for 15 days and then aged 6 months in oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.Bright ruby-red. Intense fruity aroma such as raspberry, blackberry, and black currant. Its mouth-feel confirms its fruity character and intensity. Unique and strong raspberry flavors. Good mature tannins, very round and well-balanced.

 

Food Pairings: 

Soups, pasta and red sauce, cheeses, Mexican cuisine, and strong-flavored dishes. Best served at 16°C.
