Tasting Notes: L.A. Cetto Chardonnay Private Reserve is fermented in French oak barracks and then aged "Sur Lie" for 7 months in French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Bright pale golden color.Citrus and tropical fruits aromas such as pineapple, melon. Notes of vanilla and butter.Velvety. Smooth as silk with inviting fruity flavors and a pleasing aftertaste.
Food Pairings: Perfect with fishes in white sauces, foie gras or sharp cheeses. It is also delicious with poultry, grilled chicken and fresh vegetable dishes. Best served at 14°C.
